The Dolpo region of Nepal lies in the northwest side which ringed like a horseshoe shape of soaring peaks called Dolpo. These peaks rise higher than 21,000 feet. It consists of a cold high desert where one still has an opportunity to experience indigenous societies almost untouched by modern times and chaos.
