Kot Danda is another breath taking paragliding spot within the Kathmandu valley which is also 12km from Tribhuwan International Airport Kathmandu. This location is more suitable for those wanting to practice thermal navigation but it does not mean it lacks any of the green vegetation and birds.

Godavari:

Godavari is located approximately ten kilometers from both Patan and Kathmandu, and many outdoor enthusiasts flock here to enjoy the breathtaking views and beautiful landscape. It is known as one of the popular hiking and paragliding destinations in Nepal due to its rich wildlife and natural splendor. The garden is an extravaganza of plants, trees, ferns, flowers and orchids.
